Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time AV Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV systems for our commercial clients across British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test AV systems including displays, projectors, and video conferencing solutions
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for corporate clients across BC
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery
- Maintain a professional, client-focused approach on all site visits
- Document installations and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with commercial or residential AV systems
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet, or Zoom
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills and a client-first attitude
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- CTS certification or equivalent technical training is considered an asset
